- CSCharlene Sparklingeyes4 days ago1.0I ordered their signature burger yesterday, it looks NOTHING like the burger. I never tried the signature burgers before and was hyped up for NOTHING!!! 🤢🤮 truly a sad experience.
- AMAmber MackayMar 29, 20263.0I visited Dairy Queen on Saturday around noon and had a frustrating experience. I waited over 15 minutes for a cake while it wasn’t busy. The front staff (the person bringing food to tables and the girl at the till) seemed very unaware and inattentive. The employee delivering food appeared to be a walking hazard—bumping into things and not paying attention—and when I asked him for help, he didn’t seem aware I was even speaking to him. The cashier also did not acknowledge me and seemed distracted while I was waiting. However, Alyiah, the cake decorator, was excellent—very friendly, helpful, and her writing on the cake was beautiful. She was the only one who provided great customer service.

It’s just a shame for you to treat someone that looks like you that didn’t even do anything to you in such manner. I’d like to know if it has to do with the fact that am an individual with disability? Is this what triggered your insecurity? Do better Sister!..
- M1Meg 1411Jan 17, 20261.0I just find it ridiculous that whenever you come and order the honey barbeque strips you only get about a couple of drops on the strips and then the employee gives you an attitude for asking you to add more sauce when the advertisement shows that the strip is fully coded in sauce. If we’re only getting a couple of drizzle of sauce on the strips, then advertise that.
