  The just came from dq and ordered number 7 and then had green tomatoes so changed it and gave me a new but they didn't like me asking to change the tomatoes on it because they gave me another Burger with the bun all soaked and burger dripping with grease like wth I wanted to complain but they probably would of did more so I got outta there I don't recommend to go there!

  My family decided to treat ourselves with a visit to the Dairy Queen at 3415 118 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5W 0Z3. I was supposed to be an enjoyable evening however a certain customer had turned the dinning room in to their personal bathroom. This individual appeared to have shoplift makeup from the local Dollar Store and had taken up a corner of the dinning room to lay out there laundry, whiskey bottle, makeup, perfume, and other personal effects. This person included the entire dinning room in their personal phone conversation aswell that was not needed. The person in question was confronted by staff to pack up and leave, however the person told the staff to leave them alone and they will finish what they were doing. Staff walked away with out following up on taking any action. The individual began to spoil the environment even further by laying out there dirty laundry and spraying a full can of Axe Body Spray all over there clothing untill a gray cloud of body spray took over the dinning room. The selfish act of this person was deplorable to the point that myself and other people trying to enjoy the evening attempted to say something to this person to no avail. What seemed to be more alarming was when I confronted the staff to remind them that the Dairy Queen is part of the Agent Status program by Edmonton Police Services demonstrated by the "AGENT" sticker on the doors were one entered, and how it is a tool that this helps business owners give authority to Edmonton Police Service members to act as "agents" for the property. This then gives EPS members the authority to act on behalf of the owner and the person spoiling the evening for others could be trustpassed. All of a sudden the staff at this Dairy Queen did not understand English, and used hand signals to waive off concerns of customers. This is unexceptable and a disgrace to the community program. It also showed that ownership, management, and staff, are not trained, nor want to act when situations arise. Did the ownership of this Dairy Queen inform the staff of the "Agent" program and how it is to be used, ot did ownership keep this a secret and fail there employees. Id like to know. The staff after asking the person to leave the property should not have given up. They absolutely should not pretend that they dont understand English aswell. If the staff is unwilling to utilize the Agent Program how it is to be intended to be used then the sticker should be removed from the door and the public should be notified that you dine at your own risk here. I took video on the incident to support my claims.

  Quite literally horrible me and my friends when in there for my friend’s birthday and started laughing then the manager decided to come to us and say “you guys don’t know how to be girls”and I said Exusce me she said yelling is not lady like and started going back and forth and she said you can head out horrible staff
