  Totally gross what a dirty restaurant 🙄 just left there garbage everywhere tables are so dirty checked them all asked for a tray gave me a dirty one so I left it on the counter 🙃 can't believe how gross everything is in the eating area drove home very fast so I could get a shower

  Probably just beating a dead horse here,as I can see how bad ALL the other reviews are. I just wished I'd looked here first. Took my wife and daughter here for the first time tonight for an ice cream treat at 730pm. Nobody in the store, 2 cars in drive through. We ordered, but could not sit down because none of the tables were clean. Stood there for 15 minutes while he made another order for skip driver who looked equally annoyed. We decided to take it home. In the truck my daughter says 'it's melted!' Checked mine and she was right. Two banana splits that were more like old, chunky milkshakes. Even the whip cream was wilted! I took mine back in and before I even put it on the counter the employee said "I can make you new". I voiced my concerns about having no where to sit and he ignored me and said "I can make you new". I told him to keep his crappy Ice cream. I told him we won't come back and he shrugged his shoulders as I left. I'll go to Webber Greens or Stony Plain Rd location next time. Maybe even Spruce Grove but never here again. Too bad, this is very close and convenient for us.

  My visit today was absolutely disappointing. Instead of Pepsi, I was served what tasted like water with just a hint of Pepsi — completely unacceptable. On top of that, a significant portion of the fries was undercooked, which ruined my meal entirely. I had very limited time for lunch, and this experience only added frustration. Very disappointed with the quality and service today.

  Really want this place to be good and simply leaving this review so that hopefully you can improve your business. It’s close to my house and convenient but has been consistently disappointing. I had noticed I was always getting cold burgers so specifically requested them to make them fresh this evening. The Girl was nice and polite, promised they’d make them fresh as I pulled around to the window I watched the girl prepare them. She pulled some patties from some tin foil in the stove area and proceeded to just make them, just really slowly using bare hands for every part of the process including selecting cold patties from the foil and peeling cheese slices apart. No one in the cooking area was wearing gloves or had hair nets, both employees had long dark hair of which I found portions of half hanging out my mushroom burger. Pretty disappointing, love DQ burgers but you guys need to have a meeting on best health and safety food preparation practices.

  This was our third time ordering from the DQ at Kinglet gardens. All 3 visits thru the drive thru have been absolutely pathetic. Cheeseburgers I ordered were cold. Stack burger was cold. Asked for the veggies to be taken off the bacon deluxe burger and that didn't happen. My son has issues with some veggies so it's an issue. I actually had to remind them I hadn't paid after they gave me my food. I probably should have kept my mouth shut and taken it for free but I didn't think that was right. I will NOT support this business going forward unless I hear back from them and it's rectified. Absolutely the worst fast food experience we've had. At the prices we pay I expect much more from businesses. Make it right or I will let everyone know how pathetic the service here is
