  I understand you are adhering to the Edmonton city guidelines by charging this fee... But why not give me the option to decline it? Since when do blizzards come in a bag... It's been years now since the bag bylaw and the app has yet to be updated with a selection for this, what's going on or are you comfortable thieving that 25 cents regardless of the customer choice?

  Very disappointing service. There was no line-up, yet the staff were more focused on chatting with each other than serving customers. I simply asked for an Oreo and brownie Cupfection without Oreo and to have the brownie warmed, but they refused. Other DQ locations have accommodated this request before, so this is the first and only one that declined — clearly because they didn’t want to stop their conversation. It felt very unprofessional and dismissive — as if my order was an inconvenience to them. If they were too busy socializing to do their job properly, they shouldn’t be working at the counter. I left frustrated and unsatisfied, and I will think twice before visiting this location again. .

  Visited Dairy Queen recently and had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed unsure about how the DQ coupon worked, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. Service was slow and not very helpful. Hope they improve training on coupon usage and customer service.
