  I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received from your staff. I was given the wrong order, and upon realizing this after reaching home, I contacted your team to report the issue. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, I was told that I had placed the order incorrectly. This response was both frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, during my call, I was informed that a manager would contact me within 10 minutes. I am still waiting for that call. When I followed up, the staff member I spoke with asked me to return the incorrect order in person, despite the inconvenience and extra cost involved. Expecting a customer to spend additional time and fuel to correct an error made by your team is unreasonable. Overall, the handling of this situation was highly unprofessional, and I am very dissatisfied with both the service and the lack of accountability shown by your staff.

  I love this brand of Dairy Queen. They are so organized. That’s why I choose his Branch every single time when I need ice cream!!! You should really check this branch out!

  I love this branch of Dairy Queen, their environment is so clean and their washrooms are so clean. They are the cleanest and the friendliest and the most organized Dairy Queen brand I’ve ever been to. I advise you guys to go there too.

  I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday and the cake came out very beautiful despite its an ice cream cake.It really looks like a fondant cake and its coat effective.Thank you for that beautiful cake orchard DQ.Thanks to Rain,she was very cooperative and patient with us as we couldn't decide on the design at first.

  I don’t recommend this place, Really disappointed with my experience at this Dairy Queen. I placed a very simple order, but it took a long time to come out and when I finally got it, it was made incorrectly. I had to repeat my order several times and it seemed like the staff didn’t understand what I was asking for. Waiting that long for a basic order and still getting the wrong item was really frustrating. I hope management works on improving communication and order accuracy because this shouldn’t happen.
