If there was an option for negative stars, this place would get them. I walked in for a simple double-wrapped burrito and was met with nothing but hostility and bias from the jump. The two Indian women on the line spoke in their own language right in front of my face, telling each other to give "this black guy" tiny portions. They had no idea I understood every word coming out of their mouths. They deliberately starved my burrito, giving me a joke of a portion of rice and beans. When I called them out and asked for a proper scoop, they refused and demanded I pay extra for basic toppings that are supposed to be included. But they didn’t stop there. The worker actually shouted across the restaurant to announce to all the other customers that I "ordered too much" during my last visit. It was a deliberate attempt to embarrass me and run me out of the store. They are toxic, unprofessional, and have zero respect for customers who arent indian. Management needs to scrub this place clean and fire these workers immediately. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Tamarack location where they actually know how to run a restaurant.

The ladies were really nice but why is no one making fresh food?? The first time I went here when it first opened, it was amazing. Second time, really great (not 100%), third was good.... there is a huge noticeably steady drop in quality and give a damn over time. Like all other franchises these days, they seem to be scrimping to offer smallest portions and stretching old inventory long past acceptable to save money. In today's case I'm totally grossed out... I noticed after she was making my bowl that all protein was bottom of the bin last scoop or else totally dried out. The new spicy chicken looked fresh-ish (likely due to sauce) but I noticed she only gave me about 2 tablespoons of it.... There were NO mixed veg available at all -- Like zero. (Nothing but dried out bits on the bottom of an empty bin) and she did not offer to get or make more. The lettuce bin was also almost empty except a thin layer of limp brown pieces, which I declined. So I paid full price for a bowl and a burrito that has no veg other than salsa and bean on it.... Like isn't that only half of what should be on it?? The final insult was when she said guac? And I said yeah!!!! before I noticed how brown it was. Splat! Right on my bowl... and of course I was charged extra.... how rank. Owner / staff clearly doesn't care in Chipotle's brand and signature freshness. I won't be back to this location. Recommend others avoid it too.

Never have anything prepared, went here 3x in a week and they somehow never have steak. Asked them to make it but they refused and said that they ran out at 1pm. Staff just seems lazy and honestly dont even care abt working or making ur food. If you hate your job that much just quit and find a new one instead

Absolutely disgusting experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The place was filthy—dirty tables, trash everywhere, and clearly no one cares about basic cleanliness. The customer service was a joke. Staff were rude, careless, and acted like helping customers was a burden. The worst part? The manager was even more useless—completely unprofessional, dismissive, and had zero interest in resolving anything. No accountability, no apology, just pure attitude. This location is a mess from top to bottom. Save your money and go anywhere else.”
