When I contacted the restaurant, I was told that it was not their responsibility and that they could not remake my food, which was frustrating. I even try to like find ways to get it later or to get it another day they told me no that it’s not their problem. Very bad service they don’t know how to handle this kind of situations!!!

When I mentioned that I’m allergic to cheese and noticed some in the avocado, the staff member said they would just take from one side of the bin instead of replacing it. Overall, not a safe or pleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

They were low on their chicken, we said we would wait for them to cut it and the reply was, “I can’t right now.” So instead, we all got very sparse servings of chicken in our bowls. I had maybe 6 pieces of chicken total in mine. Also, they were out of lettuce.. not sure how a burrito restaurant runs out of lettuce when that’s really their only fresh topping? And out of vinaigrette. We went in at 7pm, they don’t close until 11. Overall, disappointing.
