  Our first visit to Chick-Fil-A. As a person who has celiac disease I am often worried going in someplace new. Mansi provided AMAZING customer service. She was very patient answering my questions and was able to give printouts about ingredients. I was impressed by her knowledge and when we got our sauces we realized they were all labelled with any allergen. I was also impressed that she did a check in post getting our food to ensure I had been given the correct order. Add to that the food was delicious! We definitely will be returning. My son who does not have celiac also very much enjoyed his gluten filled meal!

  I went to this Chick Fil A for the first time tonight and it was the BEST SERVICE EVER! The staff is absolutely AMAZING and completely incredible. They are polite with a welcoming smile and greeting you as you walk in! They are eager to take your order with a smile. They ask for your name, bring your food to your table, and even take the trays from your table. The restaurant is absolutely immaculate and sparking clean. They take pride is amazing customer service and cleanliness.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A, and I just had to share how great the service was. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. You can really feel that the staff care about their customers, and it made our visit extra special. I especially want to commend Mama Mary—she truly made our experience unforgettable. She is incredibly kind, lovable, and genuine. The way she assisted us felt so personal, like she really cared and wanted us to have the best experience possible. Her warmth and kindness stood out the most, and honestly, she is the best there is! There was also another Filipina staff member who helped us (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name), and she was just as kind and friendly. It felt really nice to be welcomed with such warmth. The gentleman who served my food was also very polite and efficient. Overall, every single staff member we encountered was accommodating and pleasant. It’s rare to experience this level of customer service, and it truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommended—and we will definitely be coming back! 😊

  Place was clean, nice, modern, and even amusing. The service is equally great. Husband ordered grilled chicken nuggets, I ordered the regular chicken nuggets. Neither were close to nuggets. They were like a 1 cm thick peice of chicken cut into pieces. Waffle fries were the only choice for a side, no regular fries or rings. The dip choices also were just average where as most other places have at least one signature dip or make them a little different from the next guy. The price on the other hand was outstanding 👏🏾 More expensive than the rest with less quality food. But the place looks nice and is clean. Everybody greets you when you come in. Don't think I'd go back unfortunately to try a sandwich of any kind.

  Ive done the drive through previously, but we ate in today. The gentleman at the counter was friendly. When we sat down, they brought us our ice cream immediately, then someone else's food. We let them know and Phoebe apologized and took it where it was supposed to go. Everything was hot and fresh when it arrived. Eating inside we didnt realize that with regular pop we could get refills. Phoebe stopped in to make sure everything was good and asked if we wanted refills- when she realized that we had the special drinks she still offered to refill our glasses, just with something different. When she brought them back, she mentioned that if we had a moment, a google review would be helpful, and that her name was Phoebe. After that interaction, the gentleman who was on the counter and had taken our order immediately rushed over with a qr code sign and mentioned his name, the unique spelling, and that it would be great if we could leave a google review- holding out the sign. I was in the middle of something else and mentioned that I would leave a google review on my app when I had a moment. He just stood there holding out the qr code sign, and looked at me expectantly. I stated that im in the middle of something and repeates that i would do it on the google app when I had a chance. He took his qr code sign and awkwardly headed back to the counter. Other than that awkward interaction with him, the visit was very pleasant. We will come back again. We found the restaurant to be very clean and well cared for, and Phoebe was alert and attentive and gave excellent customer service.
