  I don't go to wem very often buy I've always been intrigued by the huge restaurant right by the entrance I always take, and safe to say it didn't disappoint! Ignoring all the Forrest Gump memorabilia, the place has such an awesome ambience and the food is great too. The servings are pretty generous and there are a good amount of menu options too! The best thing was arguably the service, it was skillful, professional, and casual enough to warrant a smile too! Thank you Lyn for serving our table, it was awesome, and now that I know how good this place is, it's entirely possible we come back! Generally, it's a high quality place worth a try if you're big into seafood!

  We stopped in for a quick bite and had Genea as our server. She was excellent. Friendly, engaging, and welcoming. We had some time the following day again in between some hockey so we stopped again as it was close by. Same service, timely food and relaxing atmosphere.

  Absolutely amazing service food arrived in a timely manner despite peak hours. Our waitress milisa was also able to check in on us and provide refills without any wait. Food was good for a selection of shrimp as well as a other selections if you want something else. Even got a balloon and pins for the trivia games you can do regarding the Forrest Gump movie.

  Me and my parents have been coming here over the years, we loved it at first but over the years it dropped in quality. But this is our first time back in years and we loved it. Genea was our server and she was such a sweetheart and a delight! She delivered great service. The food was really good, and we're happy to see Bubba Gumps back to its prime!

  I should have read the reviews for this place before eating cause so many peope have had the same experience as my family had. We had to ask our waitress 3 time for a cup of water 3 times. Food took over an hour. When it did finally come it was cold. And of course we ate it because we were hungry and my family is a family that do not like waisting food. When she came to ask how our food is. We told her that it was cold. She did ask if we wanted it remade but after waiting over an hour and hungry definitely not waiting another hour for it. So she said she'd talk to her manager about a discount. We did get to talk to the manager to where he just gave our child free meal with a dessert. Waited 15 mins for just a frozen ice sandwich. This was the one restaurant at the mall my husband was looking forward to eating at just to get the worst dine in. Will go back to a different Bubba Gump shrimp. Co but definitely not this restaurant. Not impressed with how they handled things also.
