  I had been listening to the radio ads of Ving Rhames talking about the delicious Jalapeno and Cheddar Roast beef and at a price of 2 for $12 and my mouth would be watering at his description. I pulled up to the drive thru and saw the pics... yes, exactly as he deacribed so how could I go wrong? Apparently very easily. As you look at my pics... This is a poorly made and poor quality sandwich and the price is ridiculous if this is the end product. I have ordered the Junior jalapeno roast beef n cheddar 2 for $5 and received about the same amount of meat and cheddar sauce sauce with slightly less jalapenos but on a different bun and without the 'red' sauce or whatever it was that was soaked into my bottom bun. So my hack and tip to you is to buy 4 junior jalapeno cheddars ($10), you will save money, likely be more satisfied and the sandwich expectations for the price will be met. I did like sitting in my car waiting for my food, in the rain as the drive thru girl was chatting with at least one cook and another person the whole time... At least someone is having a good experience at Arby's...

  Don’t know who put my garlic roast beef sandwiches together but it was very poor quality ingredients and looked very sloppy. Very unappetizing. Taste 3/10. Had a teen burger at A&W yesterday and it looked 100 times better ….

  Classic roast beef and fries were still warm after driving it home. Tasted like Arby’s. Inside is clean and looks like a fast food restaurant. Bathroom was very clean. Staff were pleasant and quick. Limited parking, like every other store on this side of gateway. Portion size was on par. I’ll be returning. There’s another review that states Arby’s sauce tastes like nothing. Yeah, nothing you’ve had before. Maybe North American food isn’t for you. Especially fast food. But you still get it, because of the convenience. And still complain. Beef and cheddars are soggy by default it’s cheese sauce. Sometimes people make mistakes it’s not usually malicious like it was when fast food was employed by teens, always check your order before leaving any fast food this is the way. The Canadian way. Be nice respectful and thankful that these people are serving us, all we need is just a little patience.

  Had longest wait in drive thru line, when i eventually got to the window i was informed i had to "go park infront to wait" there is no place outfront to park so i ended up blocking traffic to wait. Eventually got my order... upon getting home the order was wrong and a big soggy mess. Go somewhere else

  Literally ordered a chicken bacon Swiss burger and got it with no chicken patty at all!! What a joke how do they let this happen?
