  Very greasy chicken containers not full and nothing done when you tell them, they don’t seem to care, thus place will be closed within a year if they don’t change!

  Ordered 2 zinger meals. Ended up with an extra burger in the bag which explained the higher cost. They don’t have a display at the drive thru nor confirm your order before you’re done so I didn’t catch it till after I left. Chicken was dry and barely warm. Tasted like it was left out for an hour or so. Only put a small skiff of sauce on it to compliment the dry chicken. Also didn’t get a fork for my macaroni salad. I was looking foreword to kfc coming to town, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this one. Feels like a total waste of $40

  Today I was thinking of trying out the new Drumheller KFC for the first time here so I got a 3 piece combo of chicken with a 7 up with no ice and a small gravy when I got the meal there was extra ice in my cup couldn’t even taste my 7 up I was really unhappy about that I thought it was only my pop but my chicken was undercooked was pink inside and I couldn’t even eat the fries since they were under the chicken I was to afraid to get myself sick and they have forgotten my gravy as well so I went back and asked if I could get a replacement for the chicken and my gravy the employee there handed me my new chicken but I looked in the bag seeing no gravy I said “hey I ordered the small gravy” but the employee said “do you have the receipt” since I did the drive through I wasn’t handed my receipt so I told the employee that so the employee said “ok I’ll let it slide” um excuse me? I think I’ll pass by never coming back. I’m absolutely disgusted by this it was an absolute horrible first experience I do not recommend coming to KFC Drumheller
