  Don't bother going to this KFC. Have gone there for a second time now, thought wait a couple weeks after 1st screw up order and give another chance, and it's still inconsistent and not worth it. Last time ordered large popcorn chicken and got the short bucket container with plastic lid. This time my large popcorn chicken was a little box, not happy!! And the large fries were in completely different style containers then last time. The staff there are lazy and unorganized. When I was waiting there was a couple ahead of me that looked like they had been waiting for a bit when I had got there. I had yelled excuse me towards the back because no one was upfront and the machine didn't print a receipt and I wanted a copy. Got nothing, no response from anyone. A staff member was sitting at one of the tables the whole time. Then she eventually finished her break then took an order from the couple that had been standing there for a while. That is BS!! The staff like to hide in the kitchen. Do better KFC!!

  Stopped by KFC Drumheller recently and had a really smooth experience. The staff were friendly from the moment I came in and made ordering easy. Even during a busy time, they stayed patient and professional, which I really appreciated. The food came out fresh and well put together, and everything tasted great. The dining area was clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy the meal. Overall, it felt like a location that’s well managed and cares about quality and service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I’ve visited this KFC a few times now, and each visit has been a pleasant one. The staff are consistently friendly and professional, and they do a great job of keeping things moving smoothly. Orders are handled efficiently, and the food quality has been very consistent. The store is clean and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to stop and eat. It’s nice to see a location that maintains good standards and treats customers well.

  Had a really great experience at KFC Drumheller. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Food was fresh, tasty, and exactly what I was craving. The store was clean and well organized, and service was quick even when it was busy. You can really tell the team cares about their customers. Definitely one of the better KFC locations I’ve been to. Will be coming back again for sure! 😊🍗

  TLDR: terrible service, the manager or employee should’ve handled the mistake better For context, the below is the receipt and the food that I have gotten. I went to get kfc for dinner for me and my wife. It was a take out. The workers managed to mess up the order twice during the short period of time when I was there. And it wasn’t that busy, they only had like 5 orders all in all. First they didn’t give the chicken sandwich to the customer before me (he had to tell them that they didn’t give the sandwich), and then they gave out the order that was ordered after my order and someone else’s before me and the other customer. But what irked me the most was not the mistakes they made, that could happen. What annoyed me is that when I told them about the other customer getting their order before me, the manager (or another employee, idk what position she has) didn’t apologize for the mistake. She just informed that my order is coming shortly and then she just walked off, doing something else. As a person who worked in a restaurant, the least I would’ve done when we messed up the order was apologize about the mistake. Very disappointed with how they handled the mistake, not necessarily the mistake that they made The food was fresh and great (the chicken was a little bit salty but that’s ok) but with that kind of service, I don’t know if the food matters that much at this point
