  Today I was thinking of trying out the new Drumheller KFC for the first time here so I got a 3 piece combo of chicken with a 7 up with no ice and a small gravy when I got the meal there was extra ice in my cup couldn’t even taste my 7 up I was really unhappy about that I thought it was only my pop but my chicken was undercooked was pink inside and I couldn’t even eat the fries since they were under the chicken I was to afraid to get myself sick and they have forgotten my gravy as well so I went back and asked if I could get a replacement for the chicken and my gravy the employee there handed me my new chicken but I looked in the bag seeing no gravy I said “hey I ordered the small gravy” but the employee said “do you have the receipt” since I did the drive through I wasn’t handed my receipt so I told the employee that so the employee said “ok I’ll let it slide” um excuse me? I think I’ll pass by never coming back. I’m absolutely disgusted by this it was an absolute horrible first experience I do not recommend coming to KFC Drumheller

  Shoutout to the staff this morning! Good quality food, amazing guest service experience from them, would come back again.

  Don’t even bother going here! My husband went in and made a small order. He was there for 45 minutes. Other people did get their orders he went up and asked and they said they were still working on it. They were standing around laughing in the back. No customer service. Finally he went up to ask for a refund and they then magically found his food. Gave him a small fry for the wait but didn’t give any of the sauces for the meal.

  A complete disaster. Worst food I've ever had in a KFC line. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Lots of people have tried in the valley and not meeting standards and disgusting food. Very poorly trained staff.

  Really impressed with the service at KFC Drumheller. The staff were polite, helpful and easy to talk to, even during busy time. The food was fresh and exactly what we are hoping for. Its nice going to a place where the team clearly about both food and the customers.Would recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
