  I had a really disappointing experience at Subway - Crossfield. The mobile ordering system is completely misleading. I placed my order through the app, selected a pickup time, and chose drive-through for convenience. The app indicated my food would be ready at a specific time — yet I still had to wait nearly 10 minutes at the drive-through after arriving on time. That defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. If the timing in the app isn’t accurate, it needs to be fixed. Customers shouldn’t be left sitting in line wondering why they bothered pre-ordering. On top of that, the bread tasted old and chewy instead of fresh and soft. For a place that advertises fresh ingredients, that’s unacceptable. Overall, the experience was inefficient and underwhelming. Definitely not what I expected

  I asked for a pizza sub and had to tell them where the pizza sauce was think they need to go to school

  Tried to place an order through the drive through;no response. Fair enough,I didn't come in a vehicle,just walked. But then I tried calling three times,no response either and its 10:45am,a full fifteen minutes after opening. Absolutely no service whatsoever and people who were in vehicles got service before me.

  Have you seen what these guys call eggs!!!!. I remember when going to Subway was a good experience and delicious food this stuff tastes so process now I don't think it's even suited for animals. The meatballs come to you smelling pre rotten and the vegetables are usually soggy and on the last day of them being "fresh". Like Jared this is for the children that we don't care for.
