- PLPaige LuchkoOct 23, 20245.0We just passed through this Dairy Queen in Crossfield and we were so incredibly impressed!! This was by far the best Dairy Queen experience we’ve ever had. The staff members were extremely friendly and warm. They were so welcoming and kind from the second we stepped through the door. They went above and beyond with their customer service and made us feel like friends. The food was cooked perfectly, everything was so hot and fresh. The whole restaurant was spotless, and everything was stocked and presented so nicely to us as customers. We aren’t from Crossfield, otherwise we’d come here all the time!!

Upon getting home with the order we found that both orders had been tossed in buffalo and the poutines barely filled half the container. He had reiterated to the drive thru employee that only one was to be tossed and they confirmed. Very poor first experience with this location.
