  Saurav served a chicken sandwich…. Really satisfied my appetite and was scrumptious. His way of talking and nature was remarkable.

  I came into get a wrap on Monday Jan. 5 2026 around 7pm. The guy working that night was blatantly texting/talking on his phone while putting his hands in all the vegetables, preparing a bowl. I called him out for it and he did not care one bit that he was contaminating the food. He continued using his phone & putting his hands in the vegetables. The other 2 female workers didn’t say anything either. I will not be eating there again. I hope everyone that sees this does the same. Absolutely disgusting.

  Don’t order through subways official app for delivery, their food is good but when they can’t explain a $10 charge.. that overrides having good food. I Placed an order through the official Subway app ($15) and then was charged a second fee ($10) from UberDirect unexpectedly, we don’t even have uber in this area so I’m genuinely confused why a $10, item costed $25... when I paid the delivery fee associated to the order and tipped. After paying for my $15 total (after tipping and delivery fees) I was hit with an unexpected $10 fee. I have Tried contacting support and the area manager but have been told if I ordered it through a third party to contact the third party. Which was not the case as stated in my original email to customer support, so I re-followed up, as it’s been a week with nothing heard. Hoping someone can reach out so I can understand the charge and resolve it, before I go to subway Canada support. as I’m feeling very dismissed from the area manager.
