- ALAshley LehmanNov 15, 20251.01 Star Extremely disappointing experience at OJ’s today. Been here before and never had issues with service until tonight. We arrived around 4pm with four adults and two kids under 2. We were one of the first tables in the restaurant and even got to choose our seats. Despite that, we waited over two hours for our food. A table that came in after us was served, finished their meals, and their table was cleaned before we even received any food or even drink refills. We eventually had to take our food to go because the kids were exhausted and hungry. The server was rude and dismissive, telling us it “wasn’t her fault,” that “there was nothing she could do,” and blaming the bar for being too busy to refill drinks. Excuses aside, two burgers, a wrap, and wings should never take over two hours. Additionally, OJ’s isn’t family-friendly the way you’d expect as well. They don’t have high chairs that work with booths or higher tables, and the men’s bathroom has no change table. So if you’re a single dad, be prepared to change your baby in your car or on a table. Food tasted good at home and our order was right, but fries were cold. :(

Only half a sandwich this week but a full sandwich last week when visited restaurant for supper. Ginger ale pop was flat as a pancake with no carbonation and au jus for beef dip didn’t taste like anything but oily soup and a little bit spicy
