Ordered a 4-piece chicken for takeout at the drive-thru and it looked like someone already gone through the chicken. Ordered iced tea as a drink but I was given a coke. I just spent $17 just so KFC can again prove that their food and service is crap.

The gravy definitely was not KFC standard. That is one of the reason I go to KFC is for the gravy a little disappointed as I haven't been for sometime. Don't get me wrong food was still good but not KFC standard.
