  VERY greasy chicken, the deluxe was NOT deluxe, and the melt was NOT pleasant. decent fries and mac salad though.

  The food is always good for me. Costumer service on the other hand… I had placed an online order with them the email said to be there at 1:20 I ordered it at 1 btw when I pulled up to the drive through window they told me to come inside to pick up. Once I got in I can hear a lady and see her in the back while making the food saying “tell them to not go to drive through when ordering online they like to sit outside and expect us to make it in seconds” yelling at the guy to tell me that when I can hear her. I let her know that I ordered 20 mins ago and I’m using the instructions it said in the email… she gave me a dirty look handed my bag of food to the young man and disappeared in the back..I understand I have to come inside but being rude saying I was in the parking lot doing the order talking rudely about me? Just unprofessional..

  The chicken is usually juicy and crispy. The service is quick, and the staff are super friendly, but today I got buttermilk ranch that seems to have bad, so I can't give a 5 star for food.

  I haven’t been in this location for months now. Due to lack of customer service. And today when I went hoping to see improvements, Yet again they disappointed me. The guy couldn’t take the order properly and then arguing on the window saying I had ordered according to what he thought was right. He couldn’t even speak up when taking the order. Full on arrogance and attitude. His a new hire. Haven’t seen him before. Told the manager to teach him how to serve. But she doesn’t care like always. She is on the same boat. Wonder how long would this location last with these kind of services. I would rate this location as a zero if there was an option. KFC is on the very top list on the Worst customer service in cold lake. I don’t even think that the owners care too. So many negative reviews still no improvements at all!!!!!

  We ordered 6pcs chicken last night and this is what we’ve got. What kind of chicken is this??? It doesn’t look appetizing at all, the chicken has exposed bones and also dry, showing poor quality and preparation. This raised serious concerns about food safety and quality, and we were unable to finish or enjoy our meal. I am really disappointed, as I expected better quality from KFC. I hope this issue can be addressed appropriately as it can affect future customers.
