- RRRicci6 days ago5.0I came in here after being ignored at the Texas Gate. I live close, but have been traveling all week, so I was hungry, cranky, and I did not hide it when I came into this Montanas. Ben served me drinks and my food. Mike, I believe was the wonderful cook tonight, and I am just so thankful for them. Everything was cooked LITERALLY perfect, and I needed that. I order rare steak, which is hard to do depending on the cut. It was perfect. I got antijitos to start, warm and comforting. I got dessert too...three drinks...that other place MISSED OUT because I like to spend money on good food. Would prefer a local business, thats why I chose the other place first. But listen, locals work this place and they are awesome. Montana VS Texas...the north is just better!

- LLL. L.Apr 18, 20262.0Our first set of ribs took an extra long time. The ribs were cold, the fries were cold. The cornbread was extra dry and luke warm. The server seemd really out of it, but then again so did the cook. We sent our ribs back, my friend got hers back (with the same cold fries) but mine took an extra longer time. Same, ribs and cold fries. We ordered more hoping to get better cornbread, naw. It was still hard and dry. The second set of ribs came out in a comically tiny plate. The servers fingers were definitely all over the meat. Why would you serve ribs on such a tiny plate? Why would you serve cold fries with hot meat? Also, no wet naps. No bucket for the bones?? I get it, you wana hire family and friends but training them should be a standard practice. You can't get by on just being "cute" Idk, the whole thing seemed like a bad joke. We've given this location several tries and this was the worst and definitely the last.
- BDBrad DresslerApr 4, 20263.0Ordered the lobster with shrimp, fish, cornbread, and a salad. Fish was great but the lobster tail and shrimp were extremely overcooked. The lobster was like chewing on rubber, same with the shrimp and the batter was burnt on some of them. Overall I was not impressed for what it cost. I will say the sauces and cornbread were all good. Just overcooked the shrimp and lobster which is what I was looking forward to the most.
