  I just wanted to say the 2 gentleman working today handled a miserable man so well. I was behind and watched the customer not take his eyes off his phone and telling them what he wanted and when the subway worker accidentally put the wrong sauce on the customer didn’t just say that was a mistake he aggressively and raised voice said “what are you doing!? I didn’t say mustard!” And very annoyed. Sir, if you’re reading this, maybe next time take your eyes off your phone, speak to the staff making your food a bit kinder and chill out, you’re a middle aged man. The staff handled it well, whipped up a new sandwich so fast and the whole ordeal was fine. I hope the staff enjoyed the extra tip from me cause nobody in the food industry who are kind and welcoming deserve to be spoken to in that way.

  This is easily the best Subway I’ve been to, and none of the other Subways in Calgary compare. The store is always clean and runs smoothly, which says a lot about Shobit, the manager. You can tell Shobit keeps high standards and actually cares about both the staff and customers. Even during busy times, everything feels organized and efficient. Mughni deserves a big shoutout. I’ve had several sandwiches made by Mughni, and every single one has been done perfectly. Mughni is consistent, pays attention to detail, and actually listens to how you want your sandwich made. The portions are fair, the ingredients are fresh, and the sandwiches always come out neat. When Mughni is working, you know you’re getting a good sandwich. What really sets this location apart is consistency. Between Shobit’s management and Mughni’s work behind the counter, the experience here stands out every time and is worth the extra drive out to Cochrane.
