  Ordered here last night and it did not disappoint. For a family, the service was quick especially considering it was late around 10 PM. The food was great definitely recommend. Coco and Harman served us pleasantly. Thank you!

  Shawarma Palace – Cochrane 🌯 Ordered the trio shawarma and beef donair shawarma, and both were super satisfying. The meats were generous, juicy, and well-seasoned, wrapped perfectly with fresh toppings and flavorful sauces. Big portions that really fill you up! Plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance was clean and comfortable, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a great spot when you’re craving good shawarma in Cochrane. 👍

  Extremely pleased with this location! I love Shawarma Palace and have been going there for years. I recently moved to Cochrane and was so excited they have a new location here. Wonderful service and as always the food was amazing. We will be regulars at this location. Shawarma Palace is the best!

  Extremely disappointed. We ordered the “Buy 1 Get 1 Free Mix Platter (Donair beef and chicken)” for the first time and clearly stated in the instructions that we preferred more Donair beef instead of chicken. When the order arrived, there were only two tiny pieces of Donair beef on each plate. If you have no intention of following customer instructions, then don’t offer customization at all don’t deliberately short customers with barely any Donair meat. We gave it another chance a week later, which was clearly a mistake. This time, we specifically wrote that all sauces were to be on the side. Once again, the instructions were completely ignored, and all the sauce especially the hot sauce was poured directly over the meat and rice. As a result, I couldn’t eat the meal at all. This is unacceptable service and shows a complete lack of care for customer requests. We will not be ordering from this place again.

  Amazing food, amazing service. Truly beats any of the restaurant. Two gentlemen, Coco and harman exceptionally brought us joy and laughter. Most importantly, they cooked good food and it was delicious. Chicken had a nice rotisserie roast with a subtle hint of charcoal, and they grill it a bit more to ensure its cooked properly. Can't say it enough, thanks to this two guys who made the experience exceptionally well. We will be back. ✌️
