  A big shout out and a thank you to Dawn And her amazing staff, especially Trish and Craig who catered to all our needs. We had a wonderful afternoon there. Can’t wait for patio season.

  Never been to any origonal joes before- I found it extremely dark and LOUD. Seat yourself but it was difficult to find a seat with so many tables reserved. It was busy at 530 pm on Friday night. The waitress told me the fish and chips were on special but when I asked how much off regular price was she didn't know. Ordered fish and chips which came to the table with plum sauce instead of tartar sauce (not recommended!) And asked for dill sauce for my fries but ketchup was brought. I didnt bother bringing it up as the waitress was almost impossible to track down for the tartar sauce I just let that go. The coleslaw was a tiny portion I noticed the table beside me also ordered fish and chips and theirs was in a glass bowl about 3x the amount I had received. No refills for the kids drinks were offered and when asked never came. I get that it was busy but we are still customers, I can understand taking a few extra minutes to get to us but completely forgetting about it shouldn't happen. I wouldn't usually write a review for such trivial things, I'm more the type to say ok that wasn't great we won't go back, but the one very big "WHAAAT" was not letting me see the itemized bill. The waitress brought it over to the table to reference with the card reader but kept it in her hand the entire time. I didn't mention it to her I dont think I should have to say "umm can I see the bill?" I noticed the table beside us paying and same thing- held the itemized receipt in her hand the entire time. Is this even allowed? I always check it over just in case, could have been charged for anything I wouldn't know! I noticed after she took payment from the neighbor (who also never saw their itemized receipt) she threw a hand full of receipts into the garbage, I'm assuming those are the itemized receipts she never delivered to the tables. I don't plan to return- many other options in cochrane.

  This OJ location is in need of interior improvements refreshment. Bland, dark rather uninviting atmosphere however food and service is very good......recommended
