Teagan, Megan, and, Cherie have been magnanimous in terms of serving my grandfather "Cowboy Stu" for years. Kitchen highlight, expo Bethan, always makes sure every dish looks perfect. Grandpa Stu always orders: four ribs, apple butter sauce on the side, loaded baked potato and coleslaw. It's so nice that the staff already knows his order and can get him his meal basically before he even orders it.

We had a spill at the table with my kid and no one came to offer assistance or napkins and multiple workers walked by as it was happening. When I cleaned the table with my shirt and what I had at the table the server came by didn’t offer a refill or napkins. I ordered an appetizer, it sat under the heat lamp until all our food was done and it all came out at the same time. It was all cold. I was starving so I ate the food. Unfortunately I’m very dissatisfied with the service of the place. If my food would’ve been hot it would’ve been better. At the end I had to ask for the kids desert, and then the server forgot she gave me one after I asked and asked if I wanted the kids desert as I was packing my food up to leave.
