  The foreigner staff are inappropriate. They keep inappropriately touching the young staff. And the managers were very rude to customers

  This McDonald’s Has become an absolute joke I have been coming to this McDonald’s periodically for years, but as of today I’m not coming back, the manger James was blatantly rude, he took my order at the counter, scoffed under his breath when I asked about about the new Mcrispy and to make it worse when I got my order it was almost all wrong, I checked my receipt and more that three items where wrong so it was his fault and not the kitchen yet when I went up and asked if I could have it fixed he turned around and chewed out the kitchen staff and I corrected him and told him that it was his fault he proceeded to tell me that not how that works ( whatever that means) and never once apologized for the mess up, what a rude individual

  Again, I’m very disappointed. An ongoing issue with this restaurant in coaldale is they can never seem to get my orders correct. From getting wrong food to the staff not caring. Today was the last time. Decided to treat the family to a quick meal out and bring it home. Went through the drive through, ordering the meal. Get to the checkout and they’re anticipating me as a different customer. When I stated that the order they asked me about wasn’t mine and indicated what I had ordered, I got the “Pinocchio Stare” as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Finally paid for what I ordered, got the meal and drove home. I’d like to say to my surprise, however given the experiences I’ve had with the service at McDonalds, I shouldn’t be. My Spicy Bacon Chicken sandwich wasn’t in the bag. All the “add-ons” were, including why I should use the app for ordering. Drove back to McDonald’s and the attendant who served me was just getting off her shift and was more concerned about the 3 orders for her and her friends than trying to get my order right. They knew they had missed my sandwich as when I said I didn’t get it, they immediately tried to provide the same sandwich that had been sitting there. I wanted a fresh one! “Of course sir, sorry about that” They provide me with a sandwich…….and of course it’s not what I ordered. Final nail in the coffin and won’t be giving them another chance. Maybe it’s time to find a new fast food….like across the street!

  Some pretty dumb people working there and way overpriced so they’ve gone up so bad that it’s not even affordable anymore

  Why can you not listen to the customers when they give you their order? STOP asking if they want to add more to their order when they have clearly said 'that will be all'. Then when you go to pay at the window, make sure the person taking your money knows exactly what your order is. I told the guy 3 times what my order was and he STILL could not get it right, so I drove away and took my business somewhere else. Good by Mickey D!
