She asked me if she could just remove the toppings that were wrong I said no. She brought out the same sandwich with the toppings removed. Why even ask me if you’re going to go and do that. What it if I had an allergy. She owned up to doing it but still unacceptable. How the owner hasn’t fired her is beyond me. Speaks volumes about the staff from top to bottom. Avoid this place.

Communication between order taking and expediting will probably always be an issue. ALWAYS check your orders, people! And make sure the receipt is given! It will save a lot of BS down the road potentially.

(I would have pulled right through but there was a car ahead of me.) Waited. And waited. Then a manager came to take my order and insists that my meal comes with a small drink and fries. So I paid and got my order. According to the McDonald's website, the meal i ordered comes with medium fries and medium drink. So not only was I treated poorly by the staff, they cheated me out of what I paid for! Did I go hungry? No. Was it wrong to short my order? Yes! This was my first time styling on my way through Claresholm. And my last!
