  Absolutely terrible. They have messed up my order for the last 3 mornings. They do not care and have zero customer service

  Totally disappointed...spent 140.00 on take out food...cold ..burgers squashed .fries missing... still waiting for manager to return my phone call... people waiting up to 15 minutes for their order. Very short staffed.

  Ordered a Skor snack size McFlurry. Received a cookies & cream instead. Realized when arrived at home. Not very impressed.

  Most of our order was ok. They missed a fries, but quickly remedied that, which was nice. One of our burgers, the ¼lb BLT, was missing the bacon, only had a drop (literally) of mustard, a pickle piece and a half, very floppy lettuce and 3 tiny shards of onion. We went through the drive through so by the time we found that it was too late to fix.

  This McDonald's continuously disappoints me everytime I visit. Every time I I eat food here the place is a mess with sticky tables and messy floors, the staff is clearly poorly trained and have their moral lowered by the messy and unorganized environment. I haven't gone here and had a staff member smile once ever. Tap on a clip to paste it in the text box. The incident that made me write a review happened today when I went in for a Big Mac meal with a sprite. As I was ordering a friend of mine asked for a free water. I recieved my food but not my drink shortly before he got his and when he tried it he couldn't tell what it was but he realized it was a watered down sprite which was kind of weird and eventually I got my drink which upon tasting I realized was water, I went to the register to exchange it for a sprite and instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and just giving me the sprite, the employee instead walked over to my friend, practically red in the face, grabbed his drink (which they messed up, not him) took the lid off (getting their bare fingers all over the cup) and roughly put it down on the table and said "This is your sprite!" Before taking my water from me and putting it in front of my friend. Then they just walked away, as if they were at all in the right. The prospect of a McDonald's in Claresholm is something I always found quite interesting, but I am seriously disappointed with this location and I have been since the very first day it opened (which I attended) a serious restructuring is in order for this place.
