- STShah TirthMar 9, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The drive-thru sign said it was open, but when I arrived the speaker was not working. There was no proper signage saying the speaker was out of order. When I asked the worker, he simply told me the speaker wasn’t working and that I needed to come to the window to order. I then went inside the store to order a Veggie Patty footlong. The sandwich artist seemed unfamiliar with how to prepare it and initially put the patty in the sandwich without toasting it. I had to ask him to toast it afterward. According to the official Subway website, the store closes at 10:00 PM, but when I visited around 8:30 PM the worker was already saying they didn’t have several items available and seemed unwilling to serve properly. The payment experience was also frustrating. I asked to scan the barcode from the Subway app to pay and redeem my points (around $6 worth), but the worker didn’t seem to understand how it worked and charged me the full amount instead. When I asked for clarification, another sandwich artist said nothing could be done after the payment was completed. There was no apology and no attempt to help resolve the issue. Overall, the customer service was poor and the staff seemed poorly trained on both food preparation and the Subway app payment/rewards system. Very disappointing treatment for a customer.
