It was clearly noticeable and completely ruined my appetite. Food hygiene should be a basic standard, especially from a well-known fast-food chain. Finding something like that in my meal was unacceptable and honestly quite disturbing. I hope the management takes food safety and cleanliness more seriously to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers. Very disappointing experience.

Once I got my order home and unboxed it, I realized that they had not provided the pop that I had ordered for both the meals. This is not first time that they didn’t have white meat at the beginning of the lunch hour. Poorly managed.
