I spoke in a nice manner when I told you that ice tea doesnt come carbonated, then you get upset and try to lie to me and say it does. You knew it doesnt and your machine is broken. You can't say "that's how it comes". There's food standards and there is a thing called (false advertisement). so instead of saying " Then what do you want" maybe try upgrading you're customer service skills to " is there anything I can change it to". I wouldn't recommend going here until they do something about the pop machine. In my opinion its stressing out the employees and they are then taking it out and customers.
