  We were a car of tourists and didn’t realize that the drive thru was across the road from the McDonald’s and we pulled up to the first window. The lady asked if we had ordered, and said “oh you’re a skip car” when really she just needed to kindly point us towards the drive thru. Our drinks tasted like water, and all of our food was gross. When our food was finally brought to the car, we looked and we had no straws or ketchup. The lady came over and demanded she check the bags, while she was on her headset speaking Tagalog saying “they ordered too much food that’s why they’re missing it” when in reality we each ordered a meal… maybe next time you could simply be kind and also watch your mouth because jokes on you, we speak Tagalog and understand what your rude employees were saying. Do better..

  Food took awhile to make, ordered a quarter pounder, was given a mcchicken that looked like it went in a drying machine. Would not recommend this McDonalds.

  Every time I pass by or stay in Canmore, I always go to this McDonald's to buy coffee and it's always disappointing. Earlier, I bought an iced coffee caramel light ice, but when I got the iced coffee, there was no caramel on it. When I went inside to ask for a caramel shot, they gave me a new one, but still, there was no caramel taste inside the coffee, and the light ice request ended up with no ice. The workers here are very slow and busy gossiping about other lives, which I understand in the Filipino language. I will never go back to this McDonald's. Worst McDonald's crew ever. Poor quality of everything. Beware of this place.

  the letus was good but there was a lot, the fries we got were a little stale, we told them and they replaced the fries without any hassle. Such incredible service

  I ordered a 1/4 pounder meal for $14. I was asked to park as they needed a couple of more minutes to get my order prepared. Great I thought…freshly cooked. Boy was I wrong. The food came out so cold it was like it had been in a fridge. The burger patty was tough to chew. Why was I told to wait when clearly the food was already cooked? Did I wait so it could get colder? It’s no wonder the drive through was empty. I wont be back!
