Sale associate Kristen was there & i asked her that because i am buying 8 bottles can she help me punch bulk which your team has authority. She said she has to do it one by one. Then i said it is ok i can do. When all other customers walk out she greets them. Have a good day! But for me know nothing. Is this because i ask for help.

- JPJennifer PDec 23, 20251.0I won’t be back. I picked up some salmon skewers on sale. Buy 2 get 1 free. Selected my other purchases and went to the self checkout. I needed help from the staff to get the 1 skewer free and I was told that it was packaged wrong and it was up to me to go back and get the proper packaging. I said that I didn’t work there and that the way it was packaged wasn’t my issue. Many times they just over ride it and I carry on. It’s never been an issue. Today she yelled at me to go back. I stood in silence as did the person beside me and across from me. She stood at the front staring at me. I was silent and unsure what to do? With her finger pointed at me she again yelled from her screen telling me to go back and get the proper packaging. I left empty handed. Never again Save On. You’ve lost another local family. That was ridiculous. No store is perfect however that was totally unacceptable.

One of your favourite things to do while travelling is to get a VRBO or Airbnb and then go out and buy groceries, and a few local gem ingredients, and cook some fantastic meals. The Save on helped on all counts. It's nice even when only travelling interprovincially to experiment with some new foods and locally available produce, meat, and other ingredients. A well-stocked, clean and friendly store. highly recommend.
