    Typical McDonalds. The food order was as ordered and they were able to accomodate a last minutes order change. When you are surrounded by mountains it's definitely a 5 star atmosphere.

    I don’t know what’s going on with this branch but every time we get something, fries are either cold or dry, burgers are dry too compared to Banff Branch.

    Slowest drive through in canmore and food is okay. Not good or great. Waiting 20+ minutes for food. Do not go if you don't have to. Go to rocky mountain bagel or somewhere else

    Ordered a few times from here, and all the orders were either missing an item, not included at all, or with something else. I just ordered a meal and the large fries were filled the same as a medium. Every order via drive through, you're gonna be put in a waiting stall. Unless you're ordering in the middle of the night of something, but even then I doubt you'll get your order right away on the next window. They do, however, try their best even though I think they're way too understaffed and busy for the location. If you have your receipt and items that are right, give them a call and they'll try to make it right.

    We just went through the drive through and they had us wait at a spot while they made the food. They forgot the bottle of water and so we mentioned this. The guy came back asking for a receipt which we didn’t have to show we got a bottle of water. We are in a vehicle so everything we have they provided us, so if there’s no recipes on the bag, they never gave us one! Left with no water. Very poor customer service.
