They don't give you proper portions at all. Even though there was a huge line-up, the lady making my "power bowl" was literally measuring out individual grains of rice. She scooped rice into their oven-safe container and ended up scooping about 20 grains of rice out and putting them back in order to get the measurement under a certain amount. My goodness, it's rice. The cheapest thing they probably have there. Next, comes the cheese. They gave me one (barely one) scoop of shredded cheese which was more like a dusting. Every other Subway I've been to gives two scoops of shredded cheese per power bowl but I wasn't going to ask for more because they would charge for double cheese. Third, is the veggies. Be prepared to ask for "more lettuce please" or "more green peppers please" or "more cucumbers please". I asked for pickles and the worked literally put 2 pickles on my "power bowl". It's honestly embarrassing. I don't know if it's the management that's telling the workers to be as skimpy as possible, or if it's the workers themselves. Either way, go get a salad at Wendy's for cheaper or pay slightly more for one at The Chopped Leaf just down the road. You're going to get better value at both of those places. Again, as someone who works in the tech industry, the AI reviews trying to boost this Google rating is concerning.
