  Always a great meal and excellent service! Noisy when full of families but when you are there with your kids, who cares? All you can eat soup (3 kinds), home-loaf, and salad (garden and Caesar). While some East Sides have closed and some of the remaining ones hit or miss, the Camrose location has always been great. Keep it up!

  DO NOT VISIT if i could give it a negative review i would, there is visible mold in the bathrooms. The servers are constantly being yelled at and running around. The food tasted awful, it was cold and chewy and the lettuce in my salad was clearly old. It was absurdly loud as well.

  Our server Damion was exceptional for our large reservation. Our drinks were always full, the bread was always stocked, and they answered all of our questions about the menu. The food was also very good. We did have to wait a while for our reserved table, but other than that the service was awesome!

  Took at least 25 mins to have our order taken. Took over an hour to get our food. Good thing we weren't in a rush .

  If I could give negative stars for the service I would Our family of four recently went for dinner at East Side Mario’s in Camrose and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. Three of us ordered the soup and salad and one person ordered a chicken wrap. Right from the start, things felt disorganized. Bread was brought to the table but there were no plates or napkins available to go with it, which made it awkward to even start eating. The timing of the food was also very strange. Our soup and salad arrived at the exact same time instead of being spaced out like you would normally expect. Everything felt rushed to the table all at once rather than served in a proper order. The chicken wrap took nearly and hour before arriving, leaving the person who ordered it to sit and watch us eat . Service throughout the meal was extremely slow. We waited a long time just to receive cutlery, which meant our food was sitting there getting cold. Drink refills took a long time as well, and when the refill finally came it was actually the wrong drink. Another frustration was the bread. It was never restocked, and we waited quite a while when we asked for more. Throughout the meal we repeatedly had to remind the waitress to bring things we had already requested. Overall, the experience felt very disorganized and inattentive. Between the slow service, incorrect drink, long waits for basic items like cutlery and bread, and food arriving out of order, the dinner ended up being more frustrating than enjoyable. Unfortunately it was not the experience we were hoping for when going out as a family.
