  I would love to view the menu and pricing but it’s a continuous loop that won’t allow me to see the prices. Pass for me.

  Food was ok. Burger came out warm not fresh hot and likewise with their fries. You just know when your fries are overdeep fried because when you bite into it, the inside was dry as a cardboard. Better to go to Fuve Guys or Gatb8rger for a better burger and fries experience.

  Did the ownership change? It feels very different - one of the staff seems like they don’t want to be there & inattentive. Knowing burgers take time, give your customers the soda they order right away instead of while they’re eating, once i ordered a soda but they didn’t ring it in… know they take their time with the soda i didn’t question it until i looked at my phone’s card charge notification, yup just the burger - didn’t bother ordering a soda at that point. Really a shame, as it used to be my fave

  After driving past Wayback more times than I can count, curiosity finally got the best of me and I stopped in for a quick bite. I ordered the Classic, which came in just under $12. The bun was fresh, the veggies were crisp, and the patty had a nice char with a decent bite and texture. That said, the burger could’ve used a little more seasoning to really bring everything together. For the price, it’s a solid burger. But in a city like Calgary, where the burger scene is packed with heavy hitters, you need something a little more original and spectacular to stand out. It’s a tough burger war out there. Right now Wayback feels like that dependable middle-of-the-line draft pick — solid fundamentals, shows up to play, but probably not making the all-star team unless it adds a little extra to the playbook. 🍔😄
