  We waited a long time and ate in. So the food should have been very hot? I picked up the burger, the bottom of the bun was not even warm, The BURGER WAS DRIED OUT? How can that be if we waited over ten minutes , it should have been hot and juicy?? The drink was cold. , that was good.

  First time at wayback after my girlfriend had told me how good it was. The order took about 20 minutes and we were the only ones waiting. Not only that but the burgers tasted like something wasn't right. Her and I were both very disappointed and were honestly afraid to eat our burgers. Additionally the fries were stale and neither of our stomach’s are feeling good at all after that meal.

  Probably our first and last time going there 🙄 Walked in, the restaurant seemed busy but we noticed it was busy with people just waiting around for thier food. Waited about ten minutes to order, another 40 mins for our food. We ordered take out because we live down the street so why not just bring it home. Really disappointed with the food - bacon cheese fries with no bacon or scallions. The cheese was a hardened mess of cheese on top of what tasted like old fries. The onion rings were ok, just a bit dry. We ordered a kid's meal - the burger was good but cold. The fries with the kid's meal were cold as well. The only things that saved this order were the milkshakes but I would say they are overpriced for what you get. Onion rings, bacon cheese fries, kid's cheeseburger meal, three shakes for $50... the food was not even hot or fresh. Seemed like our food sat in the bag for about half an hour before they remembered we were waiting 😂

  The most disappointing staff i’ve ever encountered. dismissive & borderline rude. And that’s just my experience In-Store. My brother did an Uber Eats order from this location yesterday and not only did they forget 2/3 items, the delivery process took an hour and a half, majority of it from them making the food alone. What kind of burger and fries takes an hour to make? when it finally arrived the burger was cold, and the fries & milkshake were missing. Called up the store & met with a rude tone from an indian woman. this is disgraceful customer service.
