  I had a wonderful meal at Swiss chalet. The hostess with the mostest Tianna sat me and my family. I was served by Lydia who was kind and helpful. Over all everyone was polite and i would recommend eating here!

  1 star overall Seafood Fest? More like Seafood Funeral. I ordered the dish featured at the top of their own promotional material; the one directly under the word "Fest." What arrived bore only a passing resemblance. The deep-fried shrimp was inedible. Not disappointing — *inedible*. Oily, overcooked to the point of hardness, with tiny rubbery shrimp inside that had the texture of gristle. The battered haddock was comically small (compare it to the lemon wedge for scale), equally overcooked, and somehow both oily and slimy. The tartar sauce was flavorless mayo in a giant ramekin — generous portions of the ONE thing that didn't matter! The coleslaw came in a dixie cup and was *literally* a single bite! I swapped the Caesar salad for their "signature" chicken noodle soup for an extra $1.99. It tasted like Campbell's straight from the can. Flavorless, lifeless, and an insult at any price, let alone an upcharge. The whole meal upset my stomach badly enough that I lost sleep over it. I'll leave the morning details to your imagination. Now: Four stars for service, because my waitress was genuinely delightful and attentive. She deserved better than having to bring this to the table. A kitchen worker came out and we had a great chat; even he acknowledged the declining quality. The manager, meanwhile, stayed hidden in the kitchen. They did offer 50% off ($22.99 base plus the $1.99 soup upgrade), which was appropriate, though I'd have preferred a meal worth eating at full price. Swiss Chalet used to mean something! Practically a Christmas tradition and top quality food at good price. No longer. This location was also always top notch, and this is disheartening and disturbing if it's an indication of the health of the fast casual dining market.

  Came in tonight with a group and we all ordered the fish dinner. It was really tasty and cooked perfectly. Lydia, our server, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great experience and would definitely come back!

  Just went on Good Friday for supper with my family extended family and Luc was our server. The food came quickly and very hot and super tasty. He went above and beyond to help us all feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend to all, so amazing.

  Thank you to Moe and his amazing team. We recently held a team meeting at this Swiss Chalet location, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Moe, clearly takes pride in running a clean, well-organized restaurant and in keeping his staff happy and it truly shows. That positive environment reflects directly in the quality of the food and the level of service. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. You can genuinely taste the difference. I’ve been to a few Swiss Chalet locations, and this one stands out. The energy, attention to detail, and overall experience here are on another level. The team works together seamlessly, making sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a place that truly values its customers, this is the location to visit. It’s absolutely worth the experience.
