  Raman is very friendly and makes my sandwich very good every time. She pays attention to details, works quickly, and always provides great customer service. Really appreciate her positive attitude!

  The owner should remind their employees the importance of reading orders accurately. Thanks to someone's lack of literacy and poor communication skills - now spending the entire day at a hospital because of a life threatening allergic reaction. Thankfully we had an EpiPen. It's one thing if the reaction occurred because of cross contamination but the allergen was placed directly on the sandwich and wasn't in plain sight. We didn't notice until it was too late. Easily preventable. Only posting to warn others to thoroughly check your food even if it requires dismantling a messy saucy sandwich with melted cheese.

  I visited on Saturday, March 7th around 6pm and the girl working was incredibly kind and doing her absolute best despite how insanely busy it was. She was the only person working, which felt really unfair given how many customers were coming in. Even though she was clearly overwhelmed trying to manage everything alone, she still stayed polite, got the orders right, and made my sandwich exactly the way I asked. She handled the situation far better than anyone should have to when they’re left to run the entire place by themselves. Management seriously needs to do better with scheduling. No employee should be left alone during a busy evening rush like that. The employee working that night deserves recognition for handling how busy it was.
