For example i went to store today and it was too busy ! I have to wait too long to order ! Not because of the workers it was because of less staff !! Because of this i got late from work !!

My subs are almost always made incorrectly now. In fact, today I ordered three subs, and all three were wrong. On top of that, when I go in to pay the difference for a gluten-free sub, it’s a gamble depending on who’s working. Some staff know how to ring it in properly, while others don’t seem to know the system and end up charging for something random that costs over $2 more. Unless you plan to go in and babysit your order and watch them make it, I wouldn’t recommend ordering here. They did apologize when I called about the issues, but at this point it’s a “thanks, but no thanks” from me.
