- JGJosiah Guigue4 days ago1.0Got a sub and asked for the new all dressed sauce. Gotten it plenty of times at other subways no issue. They added it and it looked really white. I asked if it was the right sauce twice and both times I was told it was, despite the clear photo being orange and every other subway it is orange. I tasted the sub and it was just mayo (not a fan personally). I was so unhappy with it. Called to complain and was politely explaining and was hung up on. Took 14 calls (4 hang ups, 9 unanswered, 1 finally they talked to me). They said I could come next day to talk to the manager and get a replacement. Went in and there was no manager but they got me a replacement. I asked to see the new sauce before they added it. Still white. They took it back to add more of the flavoring. Still was not as good as any other Subway, but at least it wasn’t just mayo. Choose a different sauce and didn’t bother complaining about it. Definitely won’t be back here. I’d rather walk a couple minutes to the chinook food court. Edit: just looked at some other reviews mentioning this location using tiny portion sizes. I assume it’s just the same for the all dressed sauce. Skimping out on the flavoring that makes the sauce what it is. Unfortunate that all the other subways have no issue using a bit of seasoning to correctly make a sauce. Especially a new one that is advertised all through the store and can easily be seen to be incorrect.
