  I had a great experience at Subway today thanks to the amazing service from the staff member ( khushi) who helped me. She was very friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. She kept a positive attitude even though the place was busy and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s always nice to see someone who clearly cares about their job and treats customers kindly. Great customer service!

  Your posted closing time is 10 PM. I got there at 9:45 PM and the location was already closed. That’s not acceptable.

  This is an absolutely terrible restaurant terrible atmosphere terrible customer service. I would never order here again. I am a 14-year-old girl and I was completely verbally harassed by this woman. She worked here and she was so terribly rude to me and my friends she was yelling at us, rolling her eyes telling us off just for ordering cookies. She truly deserves to get fired for this terrible service that me and my friends received. I believe that it was incredibly disrespectful and uncalled for.

  Terrible Service coming from the worker yelling At my friend group of girls because We were ordering individually. and was yelling at us thinking we wouldn’t fight back once we started fighting back instead of rolling her eyes at us and yelling said she was getting mad at us for doing her job because she didn’t want to go to the back and come back out. all a group of 14-year-old and 13-year-old girls were verbally harassed by a random subway worker woman. Why are you working at Subway the eighth of 24th that is embarrassing. Overall, it’s a terrible restaurant terrible customer service and terrible service all around the atmosphere was terrible. It was disgusting on the floors look like no one‘s been there in weeks low-key abandoned.

  This is my favorite place to order online for a pickup. If you put notes in the order, they will honor them and make it right. Maybe not the easiest place to get to since it is connected to a gas station, but the staff does it right, and they have me coming back for more.
