  I got a classic tuna footlong and a tuna power bowl from this place. The dude was really nice and helpful. The veggies were fresh.

  Environment of the staff was really very good and the sub made by staff was as good as I ordered and the enery of the staff was very great

  We ordered three footlong sandwiches to go and asked the employee to place stickers on the wrapped sandwiches so they would stay closed. This is a standard and reasonable request, as these stickers are normally provided for this purpose. The employee responded rudely, stating, “If you are not happy, go make your own sandwich.” When I asked her to apologize, she denied saying this. The interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I then asked for her name so I could properly report the incident, but she refused to provide it and was not wearing a name tag. This made it impossible to identify the employee involved. I understand that employees may experience busy or stressful shifts; however, customers should still be treated with basic respect. This situation could have been handled politely and professionally. I am sharing this feedback so the matter can be addressed through appropriate staff training or management follow-up.
