I’d say they definitely do make an effort to keep the place clean. The food is handled in a hygienic manner. And the food is fresh, doesn’t taste like fast food to me anyway.

When I called the store to ask what happened, the staff member said they didn’t know and that the refund would go back to my account. While the amount was small, the real issue was the customer service. I was polite and simply asking for clarification, but the employee hung up on me mid-conversation. I hope management looks into this because customers deserve better communication and professionalism.
