- LSLori SchaffOct 30, 20251.0I went into Subway today and witnessed something really upsetting. An employee named Sam was training a new coworker, he was extremely rude and demeaning towards him. It was honestly uncomfortable to watch and made the whole experience unpleasant. There’s a way to train and treat people with patience and respect. I truly felt bad for the new employee and hope management addresses how staff are being treated during training.
