  I visited today nd got my sandwich it was amazing. Staff is very really nice specially there is a one girl who made my sub she is really nice nd her customer service is outstanding I think Pawan is write on her name tag .

  **A MASSIVE liability and a total failure of franchise standards.** ​I have documented evidence (photos and video) proving that this location has allowed a "permanent" panhandler to occupy this corner and their dining area for over three years. This isn’t a one-off occurrence; it is a systemic FAILURE of management. ​What is truly disturbing is the level of access this individual is granted. I have witnessed this man walk into the "Staff Only" back areas and interact with employees as if he is an authorized member of the team. He has even gone so far as to intimidate paying customers—myself included—acting as an unvetted, unofficial "enforcer" while the staff stands by and ALLOWS it. ​TO THE FRANCHISE OWNER: How does this make sense? You are ALLOWING an individual to represent YOUR brand, access YOUR FOOD PREP AREAS, and HARASS YOUR CUSTOMERS, yet he ISN'T a LEGAL EMPLOYEE. This is a MASSIVE HEALTH CODE VIOLATION and a LEGAL LIABILITY nightmare. If this man is reliable enough to be on your property for 1,000+ days straight, why haven't you put him on a legal payroll? ​Allowing a "permanent" panhandler with an "Anything Helps" sign to treat your store like his personal office is both disgusting and PATHETIC. It makes the Subway brand look CHEAP, UNSAFE, and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you aren't willing to hire him legitimately, then stop allowing him to act as your "security." ​I will be forwarding my video evidence of him in your restricted areas to Subway Corporate and Alberta Health Services. This is an absolute disgrace to the neighborhood!!!!

  I’m giving it a 3 out of 5 due to the fact that the food and people are great, but every time I go in, I watch the servers make the food and they do not change their gloves with cross contamination. Today, my lady did half my sandwich, went to the till with the Sam gloves, touched the till and payment system, then went right back to my sandwich. It’s not healthy or professional. Please advise staff that gloves do not make you invulnerable to germs.
