  I ordered the trio wrap shawarma expecting the usual mix of chicken, beef, and lamb, but was disappointed to find there was no lamb included at all. On top of that, the portion size was noticeably smaller than what I typically receive, even though I ordered the same item I always do. I called the shop to let them know, and while the manager did apologize, the only solution was to come back in person. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to drive another 15 minutes for a mistake that wasn’t mine. I appreciate the apology, but I think a better resolution would have made this right.

  Ordered a beef donair wrap and its obvious the server had an issue with serving size beacause the lady who ordered same item immediately after me recieved a wrap with meat portions double what was included in mine. I waited to hear if she ordered extra meat..she did not. This is the least portion of meat I ave ever received here. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! And he had audacity to be looking back at me while i was at the cashier, so i know it was done on purpose.

  I hate to say this and I don’t write bad reviews, you can check my review history but the shawarmas we just got were the worst I’ve ever had. The 17th ave se location is really good but for some reason, the Walden location was horrible and is definitely not worth the price. Chicken is really stale, lacking flavour and super dry. It was poorly wrapped and they made me pay for extra sauce but didn’t add any extra to the wrap. The garlic and sweet sauce didn’t even have any flavour, like it was watered down or something. Overall, a bland tasting wrap that was not worth even the 2 for 1 price. Maybe the 2 for 1 promotion is why the wraps were such poor quality? If you’re in the south looking for a great tasting shawarma at an even better value, go to Deagla. The difference is night and day.
