  I recently dined at Shawarma Palace Carrington, and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for an evening outing. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall service. I strongly recommend this restaurant to those who love good food!

  Shabnam was very professional and accommodating. Food was top notch. I had lamb / beef mix and chicken shawarma. The lamb / beef mix was juicy and soft. You could see it dripping while they were cutting beef. A mark of good quality juicy meat.

  I was very disappointed with my experience here yesterday. The service was poorly managed; the staff ignored my place in line and served a customer who arrived after me first. There also seems to be a significant issue with order accuracy, as I witnessed multiple customers returning to the counter to fix incorrect orders while I was waiting. My biggest concern, however, is the cross-contamination. They appear to use only one grill for all meats. I ordered a chicken shawarma but found pieces of red meat inside it. For anyone who avoids beef or lamb for dietary or personal reasons, be aware that your chicken will likely be cooked in the same oils and aromas as the beef. I strongly suggest the management invest in separate grills for chicken and beef to ensure order integrity and food safety. I cannot recommend this location until these service and kitchen standards are addressed.

  The shawarma was overall decent, I had the chicken and lamb mix. It doesn't really seem like they care when making the shawarma. They cut the meat with no technique and cut it in a hurry. Every piece is genuinely like so small from how much they cut it. I think there are better locations then this one but I dont really recommend coming to this place.

  I’m really sad to be writing this review because this is one of my favourite locations, I would always choose this location over any other locations but I had a horrible experience today with one of the workers, I understand sometimes it can get rough and get busy which probably makes it hard to give everyone the same attention but at least as a employee you can respect customers at all times and treat everyone the same way. Which I did not receive, There’s this girl who I believe is from India who works at this location but has zero sense of being a respectful employee and no sense of how to be respectful specially with customers, i was trying to order my food but she was in a rush to the point where I couldn’t even order what I was trying to order she Took half of my order and started talking to the next person to take their order where I had to stop her and remind her that I’m still ordering, she got mad and just slammed the lid of my platter plate and ignored me and walked away that felt very upsetting and disrespectful to do something like that to customer which hasn’t even done anything wrong but to order their food in a very respectful and calm way as an employee you need to and have to learn some things before being on the floor or even serving customers or taking any orders!!!
