  We really enjoy your food and appreciate the quality you provide. However, we kindly ask that all staff ensure their hair is properly covered at all times, as we recently found a strand of hair in one of our wraps. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  I tried Shawarma Palace on 17th Ave for the first time and it was fantastic! The portions were generous, and everything was packed with great flavor. The donair wrap was perfectly seasoned, and every bite tasted fresh and delicious.

  We usually get chicken shawarma plates from this place, but unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed with the food we received through DoorDash. Although this order was part of a buy one get one free offer, we were very disappointed with the overall experience. The chicken did not taste like the shawarma we used to have, the salad was not what we ordered (supposed to be a Greek salad instead of simply chopped salad). Overall, the quality did not meet expectations as the food seemed stale. We understand it was a promotional offer, but it should not affect the quality or accuracy of the food provided. This was quite frustrating, especially after waiting for the delivery. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue.

  Totally disappointed. This used to be my go-to shawarma spot, but it’s gone downhill fast. Portions keep getting smaller, and the pita bread they give with the platter is dry, stale, and hard to chew like it’s been sitting out forever. They’re also ridiculously stingy with the sauces. Feels like they’re cutting corners everywhere now. Won’t be coming back.

  To be honest, I'm happy to see businesses succeed. But I really find once many locations start opening up the food goes downhill. It's like the care leaves with the original. Or maybe times are just changing. I just see such a change in food quality and customer service these days. They go hand in hand. Then everybody wants a tip but there is no real service. You are not bringing water, cleaning a table. Barely get a smile these days.
