  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thanks to the Save-On-Foods bakery team, especially Kayden! She was so patient and friendly, asking exactly what I wanted and then creating a cake that totally exceeded my expectations. I ordered a rainbow-style cake made out of little cupcakes arranged together, and I absolutely loved it—not only did it look amazing, but it was also super tasty. My child’s daycare teachers and all the kids were raving about it. Since it’s made of cupcakes, it was perfect for school—no need for teachers to cut or portion anything, so it’s super easy to share. On top of that, the price is really great compared to most specialty bakeries—such a fantastic value. Highly recommend!

  Terrible customer service experience. The staff at the customer service desk were rude and unprofessional. The store sold moldy raspberries and then argued that they couldn’t see any issue with them.

  This store is a little bit out of my way. But I have to give a shout out to Devin (Devon) for accommodating me above and beyond. I was told they have happy hour wings for $ 0.50, thinking they were cooked. All my bad. The promo was for marinated, not ready made chicken wings. Devin (Devon) offered to bake some anyway. The selection in the store is extensive and even if it’s a little out of your way, is well worth it. Underground heated parking on a -30 day is a bonus.

  I recently purchased a bag of mandarins from Save-On-Foods, and unfortunately, about half of them were soft and spoiled once opened, and the taste was off. They were clearly not fresh and ended up being inedible. It’s very disappointing to pay for fresh produce and have to throw so much of it away. Quality control needs improvement.
