  We have ordered through this specific venue multiple times via uber, this is the third time the food was never provided to us. We have a delivery person assigned that we monitor through the app and the order has been given away to a different person. The venue has refused to make the food for the delivery person that we have contact with that shows up on our locator through the app despite that we have paid and been given no food. When I called staff to ask who they gave the food too they argued they gave it to the right delivery person, but the name and contact never changed on our end. I never experienced this with different venues aside from this specific place. In fact I have only had really positive experiences with active management on behalf of this company, notably the Center St location, which has been more than accommodating, it’s unfortunate Uber offers 2 for 1 deals and defaults us to this location. I would never order from this location directly and we are done with attempting uber orders from here.

  Ordered a donar pizza and got a poor imitation with no tomato and with normal pizza sauce. Totally ruined my husband's night. Last time was proper donar pizza
