I ordered pizzas by the phone for my son's bday party as I headed there while leaving my husband severily ill sleeping at home. It turned out he woke up and ordered online another 5 pizzas so total was up to 10. As soon as he told me that I called them to cancel one of those orders exactly 9 mins before expected pick up time. The manager kept repeating that it takes 10mins for pizza to bake so we cant cancel anything and they cant do anythimg about it. Its easy enough to google cooking time for papa johns pizza and find out that their cooking time is between 4.5 and 6 mins so that definitely wasnt an issue, they just didnt want to let it go. On top of the fact that my order was priced at $94+ in comparison to $60 for exactly the same order my husband placed online. Do not come here if you dont want to be ripped off.

Are you kidding me? I will absolutely never be ordering from here again. I would highly advise you not to order pizza from here. Clearly they do not belong to this community, nor do they care to try and contribute to it. I will be formally making a complaint to Papa Johns Corporate
