  It’s a bit unfair to give a one star review to our local Papa Johns as this is not quite this specific location’s fault, but I suppose being part of the franchise makes them partially responsible. We were regulars at this location, buying pizzas at least once a week for years, but stopped doing so a few months ago when the corporate office introduced a new app and website out of the blue (and when the old site was working just fine). As a result of the change we were not able to claim anymore 2 coupons we had for free cheesesticks and $20 worth of Papa Rewards points. I tried contacting PapaJohns through the app, the website, social media to resolve the issue…no response. Our coupons and Papa Rewards have expired since then, and we’ve also closed our account. If they ignore us, then I suppose as clients we’ll have to ignore them too and never buy their products anymore. For the owner of this location: You should complain to corporate because I’m sure they’re collecting money from you for marketing purposes, but in reality they’re sabotaging your business with their incompetence.

  With the recent application change, Im not able to use my rewards that I have collected over the several times I have ordered from papa. Will this get fixed?

  the best papa johns by far. they always get my order right and make sure to add in condiments that i like without me asking. the staff is friendly and welcoming and my order is always made to perfection.
